Adjusting the pressure between rollers appropriately is also necessary to ensure the quality of the greyboard.   During printing on grey board, it's important to increase the airflow of the paper feeding suction nozzles and blowing nozzles accordingly. For paper separation, consider replacing suction nozzles with larger diameters or thicker rubber rings.   To prevent roller movement and ensure smooth paper feeding, disconnect the connecting pins between the intake roller cam and its shaft, or remove the rollers from the swing bar.   During grey board printing, adjust the double sheet control and gaps in the printing press accordingly. Increase the distance between the side guides, front guides, and the paper feeding board. Similarly, increase the distances between the feeder teeth pads and the impression roller surface, as well as between the feeder board and the feeder teeth pads, while maintaining a certain distance.
