Its specific weight is generally above 200g/m2, and the thickness is above 0.1mm, mainly used to make packaging boxes after single-sided color printing.   First, the structure of coated white board paper: The coated white board paper is composed of secondary coating layer, surface layer, core layer, bottom layer, and primary or secondary coating layer. Layers 1 and 5 are coating layers, which serve to increase the whiteness and printing effect of the coated white board paper; layers 2 and 4 are sulfate wood pulp, mechanical wood pulp, and de-inked waste newsprint pulp, which serve to maintain the strength and whiteness of the white board paper; layer 3 is a mixed waste newsprint pulp, waste magazines, and waste corrugated board pulp, which serves to increase the thickness of the white board paper, reduce the cost of the white board paper, and increase the ink absorption of the white board paper.   Second, the basic types of coated white board paper: The common coated white board paper is divided into five grades A, B, C, E, and F according to different quality levels. The commonly used ones are the ABC three grades (in some areas, it is also divided into AB grade and BC grade, which is more in the Fuyang area of Zhejiang). When selecting, several aspects such as product type, specification, and quality grade should be considered. Type A white board paper: The surface uses bleached chemical wood pulp, and the core layer and bottom layer use sulfate wood pulp, mechanical wood pulp, and superior waste paper, which has good folding resistance and is used to produce small paper boxes. Type B white board paper: The surface uses bleached chemical wood pulp or superior white waste paper, and the core layer and bottom layer use waste paper pulp.
