This ensures that our emissions of "three wastes" adhere to set standards and requirements, minimizing our impact on the environment.
Advanced Sewage Treatment Facilities
Lishu Group employs an integrated technology approach that involves coagulating sedimentation for pretreatment and anaerobic, aerobic, and three-depths integrated treatment for sewage treatment. The technology and facilities utilized meet internationally advanced standards. The sewage volume and stability of sewage emission are maintained at a steady level, ensuring that major pollutants such as CODcr, NH3-N, and SS do not exceed the emission limits set for pulp and paper manufacturing enterprises under GB3544-2008 "Sewage Emission Standards for Pulp and Paper Manufacturing Industries." Moreover, the treatment complies with the Class I standard requirements outlined in the second time period of DB44/26-2001 Guangdong Standard "Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants." With over 80% of water consumed in production being recycled, the sewage emission per ton of paper is impressively low at 10m3/t.
To further enhance environmental sustainability, sewage treatment stations are equipped with water recycling plants to increase the volume of recycled wastewater and decrease water resource consumption. The sewage facilities feature an automatic programmable logic controller system and online monitoring system for continuous monitoring of sewage emissions, facilitating streamlined management.
Additionally, Lishu Group demonstrates a commitment to the responsible development, recycling, and reuse of sludge and biogas generated from the sewage treatment process. The utilization of fully automatic diaphragm frame filter press technology reduces the water content of sewage to below 50%. The pressed and dehydrated sludge is then transported to a thermal power plant for incineration, contributing to a reduction in solid waste. The biogas produced from the anaerobic sewage treatment station is collected and transported to a thermal boiler for co-firing, resulting in significant reductions in fuel coal usage and achieving a safe and economically viable recycling of exhaust.
Exhaust Treatment
The thermal power plant operated by Lishu Group employs a robust exhaust treatment system, featuring dust filter systems and desulphurization devices. These devices utilize dust collector bags, calcium spraying within the boiler, and an external limestone gypsum FGD system for highly effective dust removal and desulphurization. Presently, the dust and smoke removal rate exceeds an impressive 99.9%, while the desulphurization rate surpasses 90%. Lishu Group's thermal power plant utilizes environmentally friendly circulating fluidized bed boilers, known for their effective incineration of various coal types. The burning temperature of these boilers is lower than that of coal-dust furnaces, resulting in lower NOx emissions. Additionally, the newly integrated SNCR denitration facility ensures the effective removal of NOx from boiler exhaust, surpassing environmental protection requirements for emission quality.
For comprehensive monitoring, online devices, duly approved through acceptance checks, have been installed to monitor the exhaust emissions of power plant boilers. These devices are seamlessly linked online to the Dongguan Environmental Protection Bureau, facilitating real-time monitoring by the environmental monitoring department.
Energy-Saving and Low Consumption Production Process
Our company is actively engaged in the development of energy-saving and low consumption measures, with a commitment to reducing energy consumption throughout our production process. We integrate energy-saving and low consumption principles into every facet of our production, from the selection of appropriate paper-making machinery to the modification of energy-consuming facilities. Techniques such as energy efficiency inspections are employed to minimize reactive power loss, and we widely advocate the use of frequency control, high-pressure compensation, and harmonic suppression.
Simultaneously, we have implemented an effective energy measuring, monitoring, surveying, and fixed assessment system. Dedicated energy management positions have been established to enforce stringent management practices, ensuring reliable and accurate quantification of energy input and output from our manufacturing plant and production system, as well as the energy consumption of non-productive systems. The company actively promotes and implements a range of energy-saving measures to significantly reduce the impact of industrial energy consumption on the environment.Lishu group passed the energy-saving assessment of fixed asset investment projects by the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in 2018. This commitment to economizing while prioritizing environmental friendliness has earned recognition from the state energy-saving and emission-reduction assessment team.
